New Fee Structure and Introduction of 3 year licenses for Houses in Multiple Occupation

From 1^st June 2017 there will be a new fee structure introduced for HMO licenses. 

Having carried out our public consultation during March the feedback received influenced the new fee structure which resulted in the Regulatory Committee approving 3 year licenses.

If your licence is due for renewal from 1^st June or you are applying for the first time the new fee structure will be applied (please see full report here http://www.edinburgh.gov.uk/download/meetings/id/53919/item_64_-_proposed_fees_for_hmo_licences detailing the  fee table which was approved). If your application is received before 1^st June it will still be processed under the old fee structure and licence issued for 1 year.
