The Development Management Committee of City of Edinburgh Council today granted planning permission for 435 homes at Baileyfield South, the former Standard Life site on Fishwives Causeway, Portobello.
The development by Barratt Homes includes 293 apartments, 66 colony-style homes, and 76 houses, along with associated landscaping and car parking.
