I am not a Counsellor, but a Councillor – at least once in my life and perhaps again – in need of professional counselling myself. Counselling can help you – and others important to you – understand, communicate and deal with things that you are finding challenging and preventing you from enjoying life to the full. Counselling will help you plan for a better future and support you in achieving your goals. Last year, Bright Light (for example) helped over 1,400 people to do just that. More here: http://www.bright-light.org.

That’s all for now, folks!
Best wishes and have a lovely weekend, whatever you’re up to!
