"… The timetable from December 14 will see most Newcraighall/Brunstane and Glenrothes services operate to and from Edinburgh Waverley.  It also includes amendments to arrival and departure times at Newcraighall as well as changing trains in Edinburgh if travelling onwards to Fife.

However, commuters will continue to have ‘through’ services through Edinburgh towards Fife with four services which will serve Haymarket and South Gyle (and the proposed New station at Edinburgh Gateway) in both the morning and evening peaks.
