The following applications have been decided:

- 15/04153/FUL has been granted: Erect conservatory to rear of property, at GF 9 Lee Crescent
- 15/04036/FUL has been granted: Remove existing single storey extension and build new single storey extension with kitchen, at 8 Brunstane Road
- 14/05322/FUL has been granted (legal agreement completed): Re-development and extension of redundant office building to create 26 flats with associated landscaping and parking (as amended), at 275 Portobello High Street
The following applications have been submitted:
