City of Edinburgh Council have proposed that a large area of Seafield should be considered for allocation as “housing led mixed use development” in the next Local Development Plan. Whilst no plans have yet come forward, changes to the site could have a major impact on North East Edinburgh over the next 10 years.
Portobello Community Council are seeking your views on whether community councils and other groups in the area should be seeking to proactively shape planning development at Seafield.
