The following minor applications have been decided:

The following new applications have been submitted:
- 14/03516/FUL: New residential development comprising 5 flats with 5 off-road car parking spaces in a 4 storey tenement development, at Site 9 Metres East Of 24 Bath Street (Electric Bungalow gap site)
