Summary of Planning Applications and Decisions for week commencing 8 September 2014

No new major planning applications in the Portobello area have been submitted or decided in the last week.

The following minor applications have been decided:

  • 14/03052/LBC has been granted: Installation of conservation rooflights to front elevation, at 37A Marlborough Street
  • 14/02691/FUL has been granted: Remove existing conservatory and replace with single storey extension to rear, at 8 Coillesdene Gardens

The following new applications have been submitted:

  • 14/03516/FUL: New residential development comprising 5 flats with 5 off-road car parking spaces in a 4 storey tenement development, at Site 9 Metres East Of 24 Bath Street (Electric Bungalow gap site)
