No eviction notices have been served by Cruden Homes on tenants living in cottages owned by the company.

Cruden Homes’ plan is to refurbish and repair the cottages they own and have organised a meeting in Portobello Public Library on Friday, 19 December to share the company’s refurbishment strategy.

Due to the nature of the intended works, some of the houses may need to be vacated, so the meeting is to discuss how and when the properties can be repaired and refurbished.

Cruden Homes own 13 of the cottages, but all owner/occupiers of the cottages are welcome to attend the meeting to discuss the plans.
