- 15/00613/FUL: Demolish existing deck, erection of orangery extension to rear of dwellinghouse, with new raised deck and steps, at 8 Durham Terrace
- 15/00653/FUL: Alter and convert the lower ground floor to domestic accommodation then sub-divide it and create a separate flat. Also erect new porch to rear, at 22 Brunstane Road
