Our Forth will hold it’s inaugural AGM on Saturday 25 April, 10.30 – 12.30 upstairs in Portobello Library. Everyone is invited, please come along and pass this invite to any interested friends, neighbours and family. The final agenda is still being drafted – it will include:
1) Review and agreement of a constitution
Please review the attached constitution and prepare any feedback you have on this.
2) Selection of Committee Members
Up to 10 Committee Members will be voted in at the AGM. From these 10 members, the following office bearers will be selected; Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer.
Anyone can be on the committee – please confirm your interest or come along to the meeting.
3) Campaign Update
An update on the overall campaign and an opportunity to ask questions, debate and discuss.
