No new major planning applications in the Portobello area have been submitted or decided in the last week.
The following applications have been decided:
- 15/03478/FUL has been withdrawn: Remove existing single storey rear extension and store and build new single storey extension with kitchen and dining space, at 8 Brunstane Road
- 15/03437/FUL is permitted development: Alterations to block up existing window openings, provide new door to front elevation, new french doors to rear elevation and new window opening to rear elevation and create an additional driveway, at 59 Durham Square
- 15/03407/FUL is not development: Erection of a replacement conservatory, at 18 Durham Avenue
