Scotland’s Drink Driving Law Changes On Friday 5th December 2014, the drink driving laws in Scotland changed so that the drink driving limit was reduced to less than a glass of any kind of alcoholic drink. Therefore the message is very much don’t drink if you’re driving to be safe.
