Please come and share ideas on awareness raising and how we
can improve everyday life in our community for people dementia. We are especially keen to invite people with a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia whose experience is essential, also the views of current and former carers. Social clubs, churches, businesses, and other services have an important role to play in supporting people with dementia in the community and it would great to
have a representative along to the meeting or the name of a contact person.

There will be an update on activity since the launch in February and
from the City Council on resources to support Dementia Friendly Communities.

Those who are only free to stay for part of the meeting are welcome.  We will look forward to meeting you.
